Northampton Town Football Club have launched a new on-line Ticket Office. The new service can be found at www.ntfcdirect.co.uk
We hope supporters will find the new site useful. Improvements include being able to select an exact seat. In addition there is no extra charge for buying your ticket on-line!
If we have your email address on the Ticket Office system, please use the Existing User Registration button in the top right hand corner of the screen when using the service for the first time. We will then email your password to you. It is strongly suggested that the supplied password is changed via the Your Account button as soon as successful login has been completed.
If you haven't had an email (received April 9/10/11) from us to say we have got your email address, you can register as a new user, although remember to check you junk email folder in case our email confirming we have your email address has ended up there!
Supporters for whom we don’t have an email address will need to use the 'Click here to register link' as a new customer and complete all mandatory fields in order to use the service.
Successful testing of the service has been completed on several platforms which are listed on the new site's home page. However it is recommended that the initial registration process is completed on PC or tablet rather than a hand held device. Supporters will need to register in order to use the service and complete all mandatory fields.
Tickets remain on sale on-line until 3 hours before kick off.
