Football League Youth Alliance action
Northampton Town's youth team travelled to Luton on Saturday in the Football League Youth Alliance.
The game ended 1-1 with George Craddock on target for Trevor Gould's side.
"It was a very tight game and in the end a draw was probably a fair result," reflected Gould.
"It was 0-0 at half-time but after Luton took the lead we gambled a bit more and did well to get the equaliser.
"I was pleased with the character of the boys and this gives us something to build on."
