Squad boosted by availability
The Cobblers squad will be boosted by the availability of a number of players for the visit of Exeter City on Saturday.
New signing Emyr Huws comes into the squad, while Anthony Charles is back from suspension. Clive Platt is fit again, Danny East could be available and Kemar Roofe will be fit.
“With Emyr Huws coming in and Anthony Charles coming back from suspension I’ve got a variety of options,” said manager Aidy Boothroyd.
“Danny East will have a fitness test on Friday, he’s a tough kid and the swelling in his shoulder has come down a lot.
“Clive Platt will come back into the squad and Kemar Roofe will be okay."
