Sports-Vision Screening and Tompkins Knight & Son Optometrists back the lads

Northampton Town's players are hoping to see the path to success clearly this season, thanks to Sports-Vision Screening and Tompkins Knight & Son Optometrists (TK&S) in Northampton.

The squad recently popped along to the premises of TK&S in Kingsley Road, Northampton to have their vision checked by the Colchester based Sports-vision services who tested several aspects of the players vision and then provided vision training to individuals in order for them to maximise sporting performance, with T K & S also on hand to provide any corrective work required.

"We are really grateful to TK&S and Sports-vision services for their support," said boss Aidy Boothroyd.

"The eyesight of the players seems  an obvious thing, but there a lot of clubs and players who never arrange for any testing. Last season these guys helped Ben Tozer and Ben Harding out, and this pre-season seemed the ideal time to get all of the squad checked as part of our thorough preparations for the new season."
