The perfect day
Once a season per age group we use the fantastic facilities at Goals Soccer Centres, with their 3G astroturf courts, to host pre-match tournaments.
These are free for any group coming to watch a game, and consist of a group stage followed by a knockout, usually a cup and a plate, with quick fire. The tournaments run from midday till 2pm, giving you a full afternoon of activity both playing and watching football.
For under-7s and 8s we put on non-competitive football festivals where we aim to give each team the maximum 40-minutes of football allowed by the FA.
The tournaments this year will take place on the following dates;
Under 7: Sat Dec 8th Cheltenham Town
Under 8: Sat Apr 13th York City
Under 9: Sat Apr 27th Barnet
Under 10: Sat Dec 22nd Aldershot Town
Under 11: Sat Mar 23rd Oxford United
Under 12: Sat Nov 17th Wycombe Wanderers
Under 13: Sat Mar 9th Accrington Stanley
Under 14: Sat Sep 22nd Chesterfield
Under 15: Sat Oct 13th Exeter City
