PARRISH TAKES UP NEW ROLE

23 July 2012

Sean leaves Sixfields

Sean Parrish has left Northampton Town to take up a position at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

"We are sorry to see Sean go but this is a terrific opportunity for him," said boss Aidy Boothroyd.

"Sean has been commuting from his Shropshire home for the last few years and as well as giving him the chance to work for a club who were in the Premier League a few months ago, this move means he will also be closer to his family.

"We wish Sean well at his new club and thank him for the many years service he has offered Northampton Town in various roles."

Trevor Gould has taken on the role of Academy Manager at Sixfields, while Ray Warburton is the youth coach.
