Advice from Football League Interactive
We understand a number of supporters experienced issues trying to listen to the live Cobblers Player commentary of Tuesday's Capital One Cup win over Cardiff City.
We would like to apologise for this, and assure supporters that these issues are totally beyond the club's control. We have escalated the issue to the Football League Interactive technical helpdesk, and this is the advice they have suggested/offered;
"Tests have been carried out on multiple browsers - no issues with accessing the commentary pages.
"We believe the issue has been caused by rogue cookies saved on web browsers – which we have found can be fixed by completing a clear cache operation or by changing web browser.
"We have found that customers do not always complete the full clear cache and therefore changing to an alternative web browser is proving more successful.
"We are confident that any issues will not repeat themselves on Saturday providing customers are following the instructions provided by the Customer Services team."

As a club we would suggest people try to clear the cache ahead of the matchday and report any problems to the email address above accordingly.
