Northampton Town's youth team travelled to Southend United on Saturday for their final EFL Youth Alliance South East Division fixture, before they begin their Merit Division fixtures.
Michael Harding scored as the Cobblers ended their regular league campaign with a 1-0 victory.
"It caps off a great campaign and to finish on 50 points from 20 games played is a fantastic achievement," said under 18s coach Jon Brady.
"Southend are the top scorers in the league so to keep a clean sheet is very pleasing and we had a very young side out again with two second years, seven first years and two under 16s all starting.
"It's been a fantastic campaign all round and now we look forward to the start of the Merit League in a few weeks."
