Northampton Town travelled to Exeter City on Saturday for their penultimate EFL Youth Alliance Merit Division fixture of the season.

From 3-2 down at half-time the Cobblers came back to win 4-3 with two goals apiece for Michael Harding and Caleb Chukwuemeka.

"The boys showed excellent character to come back in the second half and that was the most pleasing aspect today," said under 18s coach Jon Brady.

"We gave away some cheap goals in the first half but the boys showed tremendous determination and fight to come back and in the end we could have won by more goals."
