The Northampton Town Community Trust is currently recruiting to fill two full time positions.

SPORTS PARTICIPATION OFFICER

The Northampton Town Community Trust is looking to recruit a Sports Participation Officer.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and coaching on the Premier League Girls Programme, helping to increase female participation in
football. Alongside this they will be responsible for coordinating and expanding the club's holiday course programme and health work across Northamptonshire.

Due to the nature of the role some evening and weekend working will be required.

COMMUNITY COACH

The Northampton Town Community Trust is also looking to recruit a full time Community Coach.

This position will suit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed coach to join our team to help support and deliver an array of high quality provision across Northamptonshire including school’s curriculum and after school sessions, holiday course and matchday events.

PART-TIME MINI BUS DRIVER

The Northampton Town Education Department are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual who will form an integral part of our Education team by providing transport for students attending Education programmes at the PTS Academy Stadium and our St Crispin’s Campus.

Key Duties include:
• Student pick-ups and drops-off
• Possible support with occasional transport for students/staff to Football and Education Programme fixtures.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Weekly hours - negotiable. All essential journeys fall between 8:30am – 10am and 4:00pm – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Up to 12 hours per week. Willing to consider applicants who may only be able to cover some of these essential travel time slots.

Essential:
• Full D1 Mini Bus Driving License (may consider providing the training for this licence for an exceptional applicant).
• Must have held a full UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 5 years.
• Clean Driving Licence with no penalty points or endorsements.

Desired:
• Emergency First Aid Certificate.
• MiDAS Certificate.
• Experience of working with young people.

MATCHDAY 'HERE TO HELP' STAFF

Northampton Town are looking to recruit some Here to Help matchday staff for the 2018/19 season.

You will ensure that fans visiting the ground are helped and supported as required and will liaise with other matchday teams as required to resolve questions or gain information

Responsibilities
• To provide an exceptional Meet and Greet service to all fans visiting Sixfields Stadium
• To be a visible sign of support and information for all visitors
• Be alert to people around you, acknowledging them, checking they are OK
• To resolve or escalate any issues of concern or complaint in the appropriate manner and following club policy and procedures
• To ensure match day standards in own area are delivered.
• Feedback post-match any issues or opportunities to improve our matchday experience or service.
• Observe Health and Safety aspects

MATCHDAY PITCHSIDE HELPERS

Northampton Town are looking to recruit some pitchside helpers for season 2018/19.

Description
You will be part of a team ensuring all match day experiences, birthday parties, mascots and half time entertainment are delivered professionally and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
• To work under the matchday pitchside supervisor
• You will be required to apply and pass a DB check
• You will be required to work pitch side, often out in the open in the matchday entertainment setting up and running games, flag waivers, guard of honour, centre circle, birthday parties and half time Skip challenge
• To be a visible sign of support and information for all visitors
• Be alert to people around you, acknowledging them, checking they are OK
• To ensure matchday standards are delivered.
• Feedback post-match any issues or opportunities to improve our matchday experience or service.
• Observe Health and Safety aspects

• Pleasant, fun and outgoing

Proof of eligibility to work within the UK is required which must be provided at first interview. Applicants must be 18 or over and live within daily travelling distance of Northampton Town Football Club.
