As you will understand we receive many, many requests to support charity events each day and we need to make this process as efficient as possible.

Because of the sheer number of requests received, we may not be able to enter into personal correspondence about your request.

To request an item to raffle or auction in support of a charity please note we require:

  • a flyer/leaflet from the event concerned
  • proof of authority to fundraise on behalf of the charity
  • your postal address so we can send you something if we are able to support, you would be amazed at the number of requests we receive where we are not told a postal address!

Failure to provide any of these means we will not be able to support. When you have all of this information, please email it through to

Schools should please email with full details of the request.

Please note, the club receives thousands of requests for donations each season and unfortunately it is just not possible to meet that demand, as much as we would like to help all of those who get in touch with us, but following the above policy will maximse our chances of being able to help.
