YOUTH TEAM HELD BY BRENTFORD

Northampton Town's youth team welcomed Brentford to Moulton College on Saturday in the Football League Youth Alliance.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw, the Cobblers goal coming from Tom McBride.
The result left coach Sean Parrish with mixed feelings.
"I was disappointed we conceded from a set play and also that we did not go on and win the game," he said.
"But the effort and work rate was good, and I could not fault the commitment.

"It was just a shame we lacked a little composure in the final third of the field when we had a number of chances to score and that cost us the chance of maximum points."
