UNDER 18S CLAIM PRE-SEASON VICTORY

Northampton Town's youth team recorded a 4-3 victory over Grimsby Town youth in a pre-season friendly at Moulton College on Friday afternoon.
The Cobblers goals came from Shawn Richards, Joe Benjamin, Ross Oulton and Wes Emery.
"It was a very good game and I was very pleased that we scored four times," said Youth Team Coach Sean Parrish.
"We looked very good going forward, although we made some defensive mistakes that we need to rectify before the season starts."
