PARRISH DISAPPOINTED BY UNDER 18S DEFEAT
Northampton Town's youth team travelled to Hereford United on Saturday in the Football League Youth Alliance Cup.
The Cobblers lost 3-1 in a performance that left Sean Parrish disappointed.
"We took the lead through a good finish from Joe Benjamin but playing against a strong wind we conceded two goals from corners before half time," he said.
"That left us with a lot to do after the break but we conceded again in the second half against what has to be said were a better and hungrier team.
"I was very disappointed but I am looking for a much improved performance in our next game and we will be working hard to bounce back from this result."
