DUKE OF EDINBURGH STUDENTS AT THE STUDY CENTRE
Every Wednesday evening a Silver Duke of Edinburgh group work in the Cobblers Study Centre making place mats and gift cards containing pictures of Northampton Town squad members.
The group, made up of members from the Northampton Town Multi Disability Football Team, are producing these items as part of their Community Service section for the Duke of Edinburgh award.
Over the past couple of weeks they have been joined by special guests from the first team. First team coach Malcolm Crosby and skipper Craig Hinton visited the Study Centre on consecutive weeks and got stuck in helping the group to produce their products.
The group are raising money to buy a 'Shelter Box' which contains vital equipment to help those who have lost everything in the Haiti earthquake disaster.
