SEASON TICKET OFFER: FAQ

A number of supporters have contacted the club with questions about the season ticket offer. Below are the most common questions and answers.....

Does this offer apply to the North Stand only?
No, this offer applies to all category of season ticket holders in all stands, but supporters are asked to bear in mind the age restrictions listed on the Avanti web site and to book their season ticket early in order to benefit from the limited accommodation offer.

Why are there age restrictions in place?
The resorts being offered are not appropriate for large, young single sex groups, and really suit couples travelling together over the age of 30 or families.

Is this a timeshare promotion?
Avanti promote many different types of holidays and want to ensure that your stay is a great experience. Should you wish to find out more about the advantages of holidays with Avanti or Club Infiniti then please feel free to do so during your stay and at your leisure, however you are under no obligation to do so. You are not obliged to book food, drinks or flights with your accommodation offer but we do hope that you will want to use the on site facilities available to guests during your stay with Avanti.

Do I have to pay for my flights?
Yes, the accommodation is free but the flights, food, drink and any other costs are your responsibility. However, if you visit your local Thomas Cook and say you are a Northampton Town fan then you will get a discount on your flights. All resorts included in the offer are serviced by regional airports from the UK. When booking, please ask about the great offer that Avanti have for half board.

Do I have to go on the holiday?
No, the choice is yours. You can just buy your season ticket if you wish. However, the accommodation can be used for up to 12 months but please remember it is a thank you to you for being a loyal fan and cannot be transferred.

How does the scheme work?
When you purchase your season ticket, you will be given your promotion number that is specific to Northampton Town fans. You will then be contacted direct from Avanti who will ask for your promotion number and once verified will proceed with your booking request. You are also eligible to qualify on line and once you enter the promotion code and all your details, you will be sent a unique reference number which you should quote when making or enquiring about your booking.

I can't go in April, May or June. Can I go at any other time?
Although the main months of the promotion are April, May and June, if you really cannot attend at that time please discuss this with Avanti. They may have limited availability at other time and will be happy to try and find a solution for you.

How is the accommodation allocated?
As a club we have secured a limited amount of accommodation so it is allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can choose between the Spain and the Tenerife locations. We recommend that you should register to book early to avoid any disappointment.

Do all of the party have to be season ticket holders?
As mentioned previously this accommodation has been secured by the club and really does suit couples or families travelling abroad. If the accommodation is available, you are free to take like minded friends or family with you but this will be on a request only basis and subject to availability.
