The two clubs have agreed reduced prices for the game of £20 adults, £15 senior citizens (over 65) and £5 for those aged 16 and under.
Northampton Town are being sent an initial 3,000 tickets for sale (with a further 3,000 available subject to demand). However, Liverpool Football Club say they cannot get these initial tickets to us until Wednesday September 8th.
The following sales procedure will therefore apply;
Wednesday September 8th, 9am to 8pm. Season ticket holders and members only. 1 ticket per person. Season ticket holders and members will be allowed to buy an extra ticket to allow a friend or colleague to sit with them providing that friend or colleague has or now buys a Southend match ticket (this ticket will be on a like for like basis, ie adult Southend ticket - adult Liverpool ticket, etc). Cup match booking forms can be collected from this date.
Thursday September 9th, 10am to 8pm. As September 8th plus any supporter has or who now buys a Southend match ticket can buy one ticket (this ticket will be on a like for like basis, ie adult Southend ticket - adult Liverpool ticket, etc).
Friday September 10th, 10am to 5pm - as September 9th
Saturday September 11th, 10am to after queue has been served post match. As September 9th, but Liverpool sales will be suspended from noon until after the game.
Monday September 13th onwards - normal opening hours - as September 9th
Any supporter who is looking to buy a Southend match ticket (but is not planning on attending the Liverpool game) is strongly advised to buy as early as possible to avoid the days that are expected to be very busy in the Sixfields Box Office.
All Liverpool and Southend sales will be in person from the club shop or on the telephone by calling 01604 683777.
Southend tickets can also be purchased on-line here. There will be no on-line sales of Liverpool tickets.
Season ticket holders will be required to surrender voucher A when purchasing or collecting their tickets. No tickets will be posted out.
Supporters can purchase/collect on behalf of others if they are in possession of the necessary proof of season ticket/membership/Southend ticket status.
There are 8 disabled spaces for wheelchairs and 8 free carer spaces in the initial 3,000 ticket allocation. When we move into the second allocation there are another 21 disabled plus carer spaces available.
Ambulant disabled tickets will be sold at the concessionary rate of £15.
Northampton Town Football Club are no longer accepting membership applications for the 2010/11 season.
However, 2010/11 season tickets are now on sale, with the £199 Dave Bowen Stand season ticket offer re-open once again for a limited period. Supporters should call 01604 683777 for more details.
The club will also make an announcement about mascot packages for the game in due course when details are received from the home club.
