Cobblers fan Mark Kennedy is fundraising this year for a wonderful charity, Help for Heroes. Sadly we keep hearing weekly stories of soldiers who have been seriously injured or killed during conflict around the world. These brave souls have entered into a career and laid their lives on the line to protect our wonderful country and to help others in times of need.

He and his wife have joined forces with YMCA Training and are taking part in and organising a range of events this year in order to raise money for this charity who support soldier victims and their families.

For the first challenge, Mark is running four half marathons in March (Milton Keynes, Silverstone, Bisham Abbey and Bournemouth) to support the charity.
