Ian Sampson will delay naming his team to face Accrington Stanley at Sixfields on Tuesday as he waits on the fitness of a trio of players.

"Andy Holt, Peter Gilbert and Bayo are all struggling at the moment," he said.

"We are hoping that Peter Gilbert will definitely be fit but Andy Holt and Bayo are touch and go.

"Bayo is probably 50/50 and Andy maybe a little bit better than that. Bayo has got a calf injury and Andy stretched his knee a little bit on Saturday but knowing Andy I'm sure he will be desperate to play.

"We are hoping that Liam Davis will be on the bench and we have got Stephen O'Flynn and Kevin Thornton who can come in if Bayo and Andy don't make it.

"We are not set in stone in how we play and if players do miss out we have plenty of options both in terms of personnel and formation."
