Topnotch Health Club which is located in Sol Central, Northampton has had its official refurbishment launch courtesy of Cobblers manager Ian Sampson.He was joined by two of the first team players, Alex Dyer and Abdul Osman and Dan Hill, Business Manager of Topnotch, Northampton.

The Cobblers are regular visitors to the club to make use of the facilities to supplement their training on the pitch, including the gym and also the swimming pool.Sampson says that giving the players a facility to train in away from the Sixfields Stadium complex is important, as it offers them the opportunity to work on specific areas of health and fitness which will ultimately help them on the pitch.

Topnotch Health Club, which celebrates its 9th birthday in February this year, has just completed a £200,000 refurbishment offering significant improvement to the club.This includes an extended and newly equipped free weights area, rebuilt class studio, brand new shower facilities, improved boxing area and a fresh lick of paint throughout!

Furthermore, Topnotch Health Club and the Cobblers are offering anyone with a match day ticket a free week in the gym before 31st March if they present their ticket at reception.This allows them and a guest to use all of the facilities, including the pool, gym and classes for free at anytime that the club is open, which is 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
