Cobblers fan Bob Ward is a loyal and dedicated long time Cobblers supporter who now lives in Leeds. Having recovered from the disappointment of seeing his beloved team relegated on his doorstep, he has already shown his support for the lads as they look to bounce back to League One at the first time of asking.

Bob runs his own company, TMCCL (tmccl.co.uk) which is a specialised aluminium company, and although Bob appreciates the stands at Sixfields may not be his target market, he is keen to back the Cobblers.

"It is unlikely that my aluminium heat exchanger materials will have many potential customers in the Sixfields crowd, as over 60% of our sales are to overseas customers," he said.

"So I have decided to sponsor an advert for one of the charities we support (Medecins Sans Frontieres or Sight Savers International) - with a line at the bottom saying 'this advert sponsored by tmccl.co.uk.'

"I have also decided to subscribe to Cobblers World so I can follow the commentaries from Leeds.

"League 2 reminds me a somewhat of the old 3rd Division North and South of the 1950's, and if we can keep near the top of the table, the wins and goals should ensure decent gates.

"And as a supporter 'Up North' I am looking forward to trips next season to Bradford, Chesterfield, Notts County, Lincoln, Rotherham, Rochdale, Bury, Accrington, Darlington, Grimsby and wow, might even have a paddle at Morecambe!"
