TEAMS OF THE WEEK

Welcome to Parklands Tigers United Under 11s.They play in the John Henry A League and stage their home matches at Parklands. They are managed by Glenn, Clem and Jason and captained by Kieran Legg. Their squad also includes Nathan Clemas, Joe Barford, Mitchell Stennett, Tom Glover, Kyle Williams, Connor Gibbins, Ty Faulkner, Sam Miller, Eddie Wanjohi, Josh Fitzhugh, Ashley Lay, Dennis Vlad, Ollie Munroe and Ellis Casey. Kieran is a season ticket holder here at Sixfields and Joe and Tom attend regularly. As a team, Parklands Tigers United Under 11s went from the D League to the A League in consecutive seasons. They are part of the biggest club in Northamptonshire - they have over 30 teams affiliated to them!

Towcester Town

Welcome to Towcester Town Youth Under 14's. They play in the Northampton Youth & District Alliance League (A League). They play their home games at Islington Road in Towcester and they are managed/coached by Paul Oddy & Les Copping. They are captained by Alex Churchill-Coleman and the rest of their squad is listed below;
Matthew Harrison, Dan Roberts, Alex Brunero, Matthew Johnson, Chris Bayles, Dan George, Logan MacLeod, Nick Sibanda, Kyle Dutton, Michael McGannon, Ben Oddy, Jake Sturgess, Lewis Marriott, Cameron Harrison, Uckshin Lulaj, Tian Delgado, Billy Wright and Macauley Copping.
A lot of the team support the Cobblers and they won the A League by 6 points last season at Under 13 level and also reached the Knock OUt Cup Final at Sixfields. They have won their last 20 games, winning through to the County Cup Final, the Knock Out Cup Final and are 4 points clear at the top of the league.

 West Haddon

Welcome also to West Haddon Junior Football Club Under 13s who play in the Northampton John Henry Junior League. They play their home games at West Haddon Playing Field and are managed and coached by Chris Langsford and Spencer Fitzgerald. Their skipper is James Rowlings and also included in the squad is Jack Wellstead, Ethan Allan, Will Ashby, James Gibson, Jack Fitzgerald, Andy Collins, Connor Brooks, Marshall Parr, Tom Howard, Tom Yawston, Tom Langsford, Tom Hackie, Rob Pugh, Connor, Shane Burrows and Cameron Howard. Half of the team support the Cobblers but the others follow Man Utd, Chelsea etc. The lads have been together since U7s Having two teams - The Panthers and The Pumas till they had to go to 11 a side where they have continued ever since. They are currently in their league, pushing for the title.

Hackleton

Welcome to Hackleton Harriers Blues Under 10s. They play in the John Henry A league and play their home games at Hackleton Rec. They are managed by David (Red Shorts) Stacey and captained by Jason (I get really angry when we are not winning) the squirt Norton. Their squad also includes Hadi Chouciar, Ben Lawrence, Ashil Patel, Stuart Ellerby, Dillan Roberts, Oli Stacey, Christian Barry, Aiden Carter and Max Ramsey-King. All of them are Cobblers fans. They won the B League at the second attempt and then the A league at the first attempt.


Hackleton Reds


Welcome also to Hackleton Harriers Reds under 10s. They play in the John Henry C League and stage their home games at Hackleton Rec. They are managed and coached by Simon Cherry and Simon Nicklin. They have a rotating captain policy and their squad list is Edward Baker, Luke Paterson, Toby Shultz-Bye, Billy Moore, Jake Rose, Kieran Aburn, Oliver Cherry, Ryan Nicklin, Ryan McGuinness and Tyrell Barnard. Many of the lads follow the Cobblers and although the squad has only been going a couple of years they have won promotion in each season or half season in which they have competed.

Drayton Grange

Welcome also to Drayton Grange Pumas Under 10s who play in the John Henry D league. They stage their home games at the College pitches on Badby Road West in Daventry. They are managed by James Brash and captained by Sam Brash. Their squad also includes Jack Barton, Adam Grogan, Harry Nightingale, Ben Turtill, Cole Christie, Brandon Davis, Connor Weston, Leighton Matty, Zac Taylor and Callum Ryan. 3 or 4 of the lads support the Cobblers, but we are hoping many more will after their visit! 

eagles under 11s

Welcome also to Eagles United Under 11's. They play in the John Henry League and stage their home games in Pattishall. They are managed by Paul Carr and captained by Connor Barnes. Their squad also contains vice captain Josh Hudson and James Concannon, Luke Senatore, Jack Walton, Liam Playford, Rory Hambledon, Josh Hills, Oliver Llewelyn, Douglas Carr, Ronan McKenzie, James Lock, Harry Oldfield, Reece Eason, Aiden Roberts, Harry Wright, Adam Smith and Sam Hume. A lot of the lads support the Cobblers. As a team they have a great spirit and enjoy playing together.

eagles under 13s


Welcome also to Eagles United Under 13's. They also play in the John Henry League and stage their home games in Pattishall. They are managed by Paul Carr who is assisted by Stuart Mearns. Tom Mearns is their captain and Tom Carr his deputy. Also in the squad are Dirie Mohamed, Harry Evans, Stuart Parker, Thomas Broadbent, Jamie Collins, Aidan Rosling, James Evans, Orin Willis, Harry Stojanovic, Will Pearson, George Gardner, Joe Needham, Cory Eason and Joey Round. They probably wear the loudest playing shirts in the league, generously sponsored by Guitar Breakthrough; Amazon.co.uk's number one selling dvd in the guitar tuition section. In 2004, they held the world record for the highest number of people involved in a guitar lesson at the same time! Can you spot them in the stands? This season, they have only managed to play one game with a full complement of players! All other games have required a sick bay as opposed to a dug out! 

Oakley Rangers

Another team at Sixfields are Oakley Rangers Under 13s. They play in the Chiltern Youth League - Division 3 and Oakley Recreation Ground is their home. They are managed by Elliot Smith and Dave Atkinson and captained by Jake Noble. Their squad includesJosh Cunningham, Alex Curley, Matthew Wyatt-Ingram, Christian Endress, James Simpson, Matthew Langley, Matthew Salisbury, Lewis Marshall, Jake Noble, Chris Loughran, Bradley Barker, Tom Morgan, Lewis Buck and William Slater. Such is their team spirit, they won a county cup match this season on penalties with only 9 players and no recognised goalkeeper!
