Also here as a Team of the Week are Moulton Fields under 14s. They play in the John Henry League and play their home games at Moulton College. They are managed by Trevor Eastaff and Kieran McCoach. Welcome also to John Hellins Primary School who are attending with pupils aged from 4 to 11 years. They are based at Potterspury in Northamptonshire and they play football, hockey, netball, swimming, cricket, rounders, athletics, rugby and tennis. Their headteacher is Mr Mike Langrish and 118 pupils attend the school, a fair few of whom support the Cobblers. They have recently won the County Small Schools Football Tournament and are representing the County at the regional finals on Saturday 2nd May. Good luck guys!

The 1st Yardley Gobion Cub Scouts are here on Saturday. The Cubs, all from South Northants, will be given a tour of the stadium facilities before taking their places in the stands to watch all the action. As members of the wider Scouting Community, the young people base all of their meetings around six programme zones, including Community, Fitness, Creative and Outdoor Adventure. A visit to Northampton Town Football Club offers the Cubs the chance to enjoy the excitement of being at a real football match, whilst learning about the player's daily fitness routines and the people that look after them surrounding a match. The Yardley Gobion Scout Group was recently expanded to include a Beaver Scout Section (6 to 8 year olds) and looks forward to hopefully adding a Scout section to the group in the future (10.5 to 14 year olds). Additionally, 2008 saw the arrival of the Groups first female members, in both the Cub Pack and the Beaver Colony. The Group are also very proud to have invested their first "official" Young Leader for Cubs in 2008 during a visit to Brownsea Island in Dorset - the location of the first ever Scout Camp led by Lord Baden-Powell in 1907.

Green Oaks Primary School are also here on Saturday, attending with children aged from 4 to 11. They are based on Whiston Road in Kingsthorpe, Northampton. They play football, tag rugby, hockey, basketball, swimming and athletics among many others! Their headteacher is Mrs Julie Hill and 260 children attend the school, many of whom support the Cobblers. The school was chosen to represent the county in a tag rugby initiative held at Coventry's Ricoh Arena to promote the EDF cup and were featured on television! They also recently won a football tournament for schools in Kingsthorpe.
We hope that you all have a great day at Sixfields.
