RUSSELL EXTENDS SIXFIELDS STAY
Northampton Town have extended the loan of Bristol City midfielder Alex Russell for a further month.
Russell, who has been on loan at Sixfields since August 31st, has made 10 appearances for the Cobblers, scoring once.
The loan will run until December 2nd but Bristol City have not given him permission to feature for the Cobblers in the FA Cup.
Cobblers boss Stuart Gray said: "Our thanks again go to Bristol City and Gary Johnson for letting us hang on to Alex for another month.
"He has done really well for us and I think his experience has been a big influence on the team."
