While his team mates are working hard out in Ibiza, Giles Coke is being put through his paces in the cooler and less sunny location of Sixfields as he builds up his fitness towards the new season.

Coke is making good progress as he works towards being able to join in with the rest of the squad who return from Ibiza at the end of this week.
