Northampton Town defender Liam Dolman has signed a new six month contract. He is the first of the out of contract players to sign the new terms offered since the end of the season.

"Liam did very well at Doncaster and has done so for the last month of the season," said Stuart Gray.

"I've had a good chat with Liam and he knows the standards we feel he can reach and the standards we expect of him.

"He is a local lad and he has progressed through the youth system but he knows if he can keep working hard and keep progressing he will get the opportunities."
