Mustafa El-Bayati has been coaching Northampton Town Football Club's multi-disabled club for the last few years.

Mustafa is disabled himself and is confined to a wheelchair but this has never prevented him from playing an active part with Football in the Community.

He is a big supporter of Northampton Town FC and for several years he has given up the time to coach our multi-disabled club, who are an integral part of the footballing family in Northampton.

Mustafa is an excellent example of someone whose positive outlook enables him to reach out and help others and all his work is done on a voluntary basis.

The football club is proud of its achievement in the field of equal opportunities and Mustafa's work provides diversionary activities for young people who are disabled or who have learning difficulties.
