COMMUNITY OPEN DAY GALLERY
Northampton Town staged a community day at Sixfields on Wednesday.
The Cobblers Study Centre ran activities from 2pm including a presentation, a tour of the facilities and a chance to see some of the children at work. Those attending this presentation included the leader of Northampton Borough Council, Cllr Tony Woods.
At around 4pm, the local schools community Euro Summer Cup tournament took place on the main pitch.
In the evening the Cobblers Fans Team took on a team made up of Cobblers staff in aid of the club's Community work. A number of supporters attended to see the Fans Team take on legends such as Ian Sampson, Eddie McGoldrick and Sean Parrish.
