The photograph shows Campion School Girls who won the Northamptonshire finals of the Football League Under 13 Girls Cup.

Campion beat Weston Favell 4-3 at Weston Favell school in the final.The match was played in an excellent manner with both schools playing some very good football. Campion raced into a three-nil lead and good play by Weston Favell saw them claw their way back to 3-3. The match went into extra time where both defences held firm before proceeding to the Golden Goal stage where an excellent goal from Campion settled the match.

Campion School will go forward to represent Northampton Town in the Regional Finals at Colchester.
