CLARENCE'S HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SEASON
I thought I would look back at some highlights of the season.
1, Our Carling Cup adventures. Beating Bolton at the Reebok Stadium and coming painfully close to beating Sunderland means that I will remember our cup run for a long time
2, Scunthorpe Away. At 4-1 down away from home no-one will have given us any chance of getting something from the game. But we fought back to draw 4-4. Fantastic!
3, Billy Clarke's debut. He wasn't with us for long, but when Billy Clarke scored a hat-trick on his debut he gave us a real treat. Thanks Billy!
4, Beating Leeds. Just 8 days before they had knocked us out of the FA Cup beating us 5-2. In the league it was a different story. One of our best performances of the season led us to a 2-1 win.
5, Your support. This has not been an easy season, but home and away the support for the team has been amazing.
