On Monday 22nd December and Tuesday 23rd December, our Boys Player Development teams travelled to Luton Regional Sports Centre to play in a 5 aside tournament. The tournament consisted of teams from Cambridge United, MK Dons, Rushden and Diamonds, Southend United and Luton Town. On the Monday the tournament was for the U8, U9 in the morning with the U10 and U11 playing in the afternoon. The tournament took the format of two groups of 5 teams playing each other in a round robin. All games were 8 minutes in duration. The tournament then moved into a play off matches between each group with all age group doing well.

On the Tuesday it was the turn for the U12 and U13 to play in the morning, while in the afternoon the U14 and U15 played. The two groups were made up of the same clubs who had been involved on the Monday. The day went really well and was yet again well supported by parents. A big thank you goes out to all our players and staff for their time and professionalism over the two days. The next fixtures are due to be played during February half term.
