Football League Youth Alliance action
Northampton Town's under 18s welcomed Barnet to Moulton College in the Football League Youth Alliance on Wednesday.The Cobblers won 5-2 with goals from Robbie Parsons, Dodzi Agbenu, Richard Parker (2) and Ryan Cooke.
"It was a good way to bounce back from a disappointing loss at the weekend," said coach Craig Hinton.
"We fell a goal behind in this game so it was a test of character but we responded well and turned in a very positive performance."
