“Everybody is fine from last weekend but Alex isn’t quite ready yet,” said assistant boss David Kerslake.
“He has had another injection into his calf and we won’t know the full situation until we hear back from the consultant.
“He’s been doing a lot of work in the gym but he’s not been out on the field yet.
“It’s not one we want to rush and we will only bring him back when he’s ready.”
