Near full strength squad to choose from
Lewis Hornby (back) is the only member of the Cobblers squad currently unavailable for selection as the team prepare to get their pre-season campaign underway at Sileby on Saturday.
“Everybody else is good to go,” confirmed Town boss Chris Wilder.
“We've cranked up the players training again this week and I’m really pleased with their fitness levels.
“Alex Nicholls hasn't missed a session and I've been really pleased with his progress. Mentally the first game will be a test for him but he’s a strong boy and he’s done fantastically well to get himself back fit.
“Lewis Hornby is still receiving treatment and he won’t travel with us to Scotland. He is still in the rehabilitation stage of his injury and it’s a slow process for him but it’s important that we don’t rush his recovery.”
