Cobblers sign keeper on deal to end of the season
Northampton Town have signed former Bournemouth and Bury goalkeeper Shwan Jalal on a contract until the end of the season.
The 31 year old Iraq born keeper made his Football League debut for Peterborough United and after a loan spell at Morecambe, spent six years with AFC Bournemouth, playing more than 150 games.
After a loan spell with Leyton Orient he spent the first half of this season with Bury, making 8 appearances.
In total he has made more than 300 career appearances.
