Rob Page reflects on Coventry City 1 Northampton Town 1
Cobblers boss Rob Page had mixed feelings as he reflected on Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Coventry.
“We defended well again and we created enough chances to win the game,” he said.
“We are creating the chances we have just got to be clinical with them.
“We know that the attacking area is where we need to improve, we are working hard on doing that and we will keep doing so until we get it right.
“We wanted to get that first league win but I think it says a lot about us that we are disappointed going away from here with a draw.
“It’s frustrating that we keep giving leads away and we have spoken about that. The unbeaten run is a long way from our minds, it’s a great record that the club should be proud of but but all we are looking at is to win games.”
