Waterproof covers put in place to keep surface playable
The club have invested in some waterproof pitch covers and these were being put in to place at Sixfields on Thursday and will stay down until Saturday if required.
Before the covers were put in place, the pitch was assessed and is perfectly playable.
Tickets for the game remain on sale online and via the club shop/box office.
