MARC RICHARDS AND JOEL BYROM BACK IN CONTENTION FOR VISIT OF HARTLEPOOL UNITED

9 October 2015

No new injury concerns ahead of Northampton Town v Hartlepool United

The Cobblers head into Saturday’s game against Hartlepool with no fresh injury concerns, with Marc Richards and Joel Byrom back in contention having sat out Tuesday's trip to Millwall.

“Everybody came through Tuesday night okay,” said boss Chris Wilder.

“The team is going well so I wouldn’t imagine there will be too many changes from the side that started at Wycombe.

“We will see what Alfie Potter is like and if he’s fit then he will come back into the reckoning.

“Regarding Evan Horwood and Brendan Moloney, they haven’t kicked a ball since the end of last season so we can’t just chuck them back in.

“There is no change on Ricky Holmes, he is gradually improving but it’s a slow process.

“Paul Corry had his operation this week, he is going to be out for the rest of the season but the operation went well.”
