Team news ahead of Northampton Town v Yeovil Town
Brendan Moloney will miss the visit of Yeovil Town with the right-back set to serve a one-match ban following his sending off at Crawley.
Ricky Holmes is meanwhile set to return to the squad for the first time since August after recovering from a back injury.
“We’ve got a decision to make on Brendan but Ricky will be in the 18,” confirmed boss Chris Wilder.
“He’s been working extremely hard and we’ve been tempted to put him back in before now but we’ve had this date in mind for a while.
“It’s a great boost for us to have Ricky back, we’ve missed a great player and a great character as well.
“It will take a little bit of time to get him fully up to speed but having him back certainly makes us stronger.”
