Akinfenwa, Hackett and Widdowson all in squad
Adebayo Akinfenwa and Chris Hackett will both be in contention for the trip to Exeter while Joe Widdowson is also available for selection again after serving a two-match ban.
Midfielder Manny Oyeleke has meanwhile returned to Brentford after completing his one-month loan spell at Sixfields.
“Manny has gone back to Brentford,” confirmed boss Aidy Boothroyd.
“Manny came into bolster our midfield and to provide more competition for places and although he might not have played much his presence has certainly taken Lewis Hornby to another level.
“Bayo and Chris are both available and they will both come into contention for selection on Saturday.
“Joe has been absolutely outstanding but Lee Collins has been rock solid in the last few games.
“I’ve got that option now to shift one or two things around and although we have got a small squad we have got that flexibility.
“Keeping everybody fresh and everybody at it is going to be really important and the fact that we have been able to rest players and still pick up points is the biggest thing for me.”
