Town make loan signing
Northampton Town have signed Stuart Dallas on loan from Brentford for a month.
Dallas, who is 22 years old and can play out wide on either flank or down the centre, is a Northern Ireland international who joined Brentford in the summer of 2012 from IFA Premiership side Crusaders.
His performances in his debut season helped Crusaders finish second in the IFA Premiership and earned him the Northern Ireland Football Writers’ Association Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year honour as well as six club prizes.
Dallas represented Northern Ireland at Under-23 level against Portugal before making his full international debut as a substitute against Wales in May 2011.
He has also represented Northern Ireland at Under-21 level.
He has made 3 starting and 2 substitute appearances for Brentford so far this season and has been allocated squad number 29 at Sixfields.
