Cobblers boss Chris Wilder previews Saturday’s Sky Bet League 2 home clash against Mansfield Town.
“We are really looking forward to it because it’s the next game and we are in good nick,” he said.
“It’ll be a tough game, they’ve had some good results and we will have to compete and play well again to overcome a tough stubborn side.
“The lads here have been playing pressure football for a long time and they have been top drawer.
“I had to get in to them for the first time on Tuesday night but the reaction we got from them in the second half was excellent.
“We always felt there was going to be a period where we didn’t maintain the standards that we’ve set but they responded in the right way and their attitude has been first class.”
