17 October 2014

Club seeking views of supporters ahead of Football League vote

On November 6th, Football League clubs will be asked to vote on a proposal to see whether artificial pitches should be allowed in Leagues 1 and 2.

The club are currently seeking a number of opinions before casting our vote at the meeting on November 6th.

One of the key opinions we are of course eager to hear is from the supporters.

So, on the Cobblers Wall, we are holding a vote. The proposal on the table is:

Following consultation with clubs, the Football League Board propose the following changes to regulations to permit the introduction of artificial surfaces with effect from season 2014/15 (current season) in all matches played under the auspices of the League other than matches in the Championship Division.

Please vote on the Cobblers Wall, would you like us to vote for or against the proposal?

The vote on the Cobblers Wall closes at noon on November 3rd.
