Players and coaches met pupils, parents and staff
We were delighted to receive the below email from Tricia Robertson who is the Maths Lead and PE Co-ordinator at The Abbey CE Academy in Daventry, who hosted a Cobblers takeover day recently.
"I just wanted to send a quick email to say how much the children enjoyed the take-over day on Tuesday. The coaching sessions were a huge hit (especially with the classes that got to do PE rather than maths!) All of the children joined in enthusiastically particularly some of our football mad boys. Lots of the children managed to get autographs of your players and loved seeing the trophy. So once again thank you!
"Some of the children are already asking if we will be doing this again next year!"
