The Northampton Town under 18s travelled to Luton Town on Saturday in the EFL Youth Alliance.The Cobblers were beaten 2-0, with Lead Foundation Coach Mark Lyons left to rue individual errors.
"We are beginning to show signs of improvements defending as a unit," he said.
"However, in this game individual errors cost us.
"We had some good spells in the game, but overall we paid the price for our mistakes."
