COBBLERS HAND OVER ITEMS TO SUPPORT THE HOPE CENTRE THIS CHRISTMAS

8 December 2016

Items passed on to support Hope Centre users this festive season

Thank you to everyone who has supported our Hope Centre Christmas appeal.

The Cobblers have been able to hand over more than 100 items to the Hope Centre to pass on to their users this Christmas.

Food items and self care and cleaning equipment plus clothing has been donated, and on Thursday Paul Anderson and Aaron Phillips were on hand to present these items to the Hope Centre.

"We are delighted with how successful the appeal has been," Cobblers Chief Executive James Whiting.

"We would like to thank everyone who has donated items in support of this and we are pleased to have played our part.

"We hope that this helps makes the festive season a little brighter for the users of the Hope Centre."

Sue Wright from the Northampton Hope Centre added: "The continuing support that Northampton Town FC give to the Hope Centre is very much appreciated.  The winter months are always difficult for those who are homeless and in need, especially Christmas time.  The donations the club and their supporters have provided will help us to help those in need."
