Some people may experience problems playing streaming content with DRM installed. Fixing the problem is usually very simple. The most common issues are corrupted and outdated software. Both are very common and easy to fix.
Corrupted or incorrect version of Windows Media Player - This should be a Version: 9.00.00.3250 To find which version you have, please open Windows Media Player and on the Menu bar go to "HELP" > "About Windows Media Player" If it is not as above please download and reinstall the latest version here
If your software is corrupted or not working correctly with Digital Rights Management, this will usually fix the problem
Corrupted or incorrect version of I.E. This should be at Version: 6.0..2800.1106 with Update Versions; SP1. To find which version you have, please open Internet Explorer and on the Menu bar go to "HELP" > "About Internet Explorer". If it is not as above please download and reinstall the latest version here
Make sure I.E. is set to allow the user of Active X Controls. Go to: Internet Explorer > Tools (menu item) > Internet Options (menu item) > Security (tab) > Custom Level (button) and ensure that:
* Download signed ActiveX controls * Run ActiveX controls and Plug-ins * Script ActiveX controls marked for safe scripting - are either set to "Enable" or "Prompt". If your software is corrupted or not working correctly with Digital Rights Management, this will usually fix the problem
When activating your audio and video files so that you can play them, you may receive the following:
Specified license is not valid License can not be found The above errors are received when there is a communication error between the computer the audio/video file resides on and our DRM servers. This is a temporary problem which generally resides on the network of your ISP. If you wait 10 - 15 minutes, their network will clear up and you will be able to activate your license.

Pop up Blockers - Disable all pop up blockers on your computer. This is a very common problem.
